Orders & Payments
We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders, and PayPal as payment methods. We do not accept international credit card number. Please note that we may ask you for further information on orders being shipped to an address other than the billing address. All new customers will be contacted for order verification. This is to prevent order errors and also Fraud.
Phone orders are also accepted by calling 800-827-3123, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday except holidays. If you want to fax your order you may do so 909-930-2144 |
Product Returns
If you need to return any item please e-mail sales@tape.com for instructions or call 800-827-3123.
- A return merchandise authorization number is REQUIRED for all returns.
- All product returns must include the original packaging/invoice and any related promotional free items
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
- All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are Non-Refundable for all products
- Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty and breach the return policy
There is a 15% re-stocking fee. We do NOT accept returns on opened or used products - of any kind. It is the customers responsibility to insure all returning items. Once the item is returned, undamaged, we will credit your card or account for the item less shipping.
Bulk Loaded audio and video tapes are custom loaded and cannot be returned. We will of course replace any defective tapes. Any defects or damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt of order. |

Shipping
All completed orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Free Ground Shipping only applies within the continental 48 states.
Please note that Free Ground Shipping does not apply to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii orders, as well as expedited order (eg. Next Day Air, 2Day or 3Day). The customer will be responsible for Freight on these orders. Free Ground Shipping only applies to products on www.tapeplus.com. No fax, phone, or mail in orders will qualify for free ground shipping.
Please note: If you give us an address that UPS has to correct (such as an incorrect zip code), move or request that a package be shipped to another address, after we have shipped it, you will be charged an extra $7.50. UPS charges us $7.50 for every address correction they make

Back Orders
Due to uncontrollable variable, the delay of the availability of an item is sometimes inevitable. In cases of a backordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time, replacement or refund
